Baby Steps is a fun, free, interactive 8 week Health and Wellbeing group for pregnant women with BMI >30, fully supported by a Midwife. We aim to motivate and support women to take small steps towards a healthier pregnancy. During the Baby Steps programme we walk, cook and chat about key health messages, it is also a great way to meet other pregnant women. The walks are supported by the Walk Moray project. Please note that this is a closed group and entrance is via referral by a health care professional. Please contact Kirsteen for further information.
