Meeting at Twechar Healthy Living and Enterprise centre each Thursday at 11am. To first come together to learn Strength and Balance exercise in the comfort of the centre. We will then walk a route that will have been previously recce by a trained walk leader. Please arrive 15 mins prior to walk time especially if it is your first walk.
