We were initially aimed at people who wanted to walk but were unsure about walking on their own, but we invite everyone to join our walks. We would also welcome referrals by the local GP practice and anyone walking for their health and wellbeing. We walk every Thursday at 10.30 and we have a different starting point each week. Although most of our walks are under an hour, some may be up to 2 hours. Please get in touch to find out about our next walk!
