This campaign day shows how important movement is for people living with long-term health conditions. Every form of movement matters, whether it’s a gentle walk, wheeling through your neighbourhood, or stretching at home.
We’ll be joining the celebration on 18 June by highlighting walking and wheeling as inclusive activities for people with long-term conditions.
