Walking isn’t only good for our physical, social and mental health. It’s also good for our communities, the environment and the economy.
We support and inspire people in Scotland to walk and wheel more.
Walk. Connect. Change your world.
The top destination for walking tips, tools and inspiration.
Our walks are aimed at male unpaid carers in East Lothian. Short, free, monthly morning walks with friendly trained leaders to show the way. The walks will be seasonal and take place once a month at different locations across the county of East Lothian. Our walks will start at 10.30am on every second Tuesday of the month. Walk duration will be 45 minutes to 1 hour with an opportunity to grab a tea/coffee at the end of the walk. The nature of our walks will be focused on providing an opportunity to get a some fresh air, gentle exercise, socialise and to meet people in a similar situation.
Please note that booking a space on a walk is essential. To book a space or for further info, please email: raj.singh@coel.org.uk or phone admin team on 0131 665 0135 or email: centre@coel.org.uk. Full details will be shared with you once you have booked your space.
