Join us on a 3-4km walk or wheel starting from The Nook in Glasgow’s Merchant City. Walking is a great way to get active, connect with others, and take notice of what’s around you. Join us to get moving for your mental health and visit The Nook after for a hot drink and opportunity to access our great resources.
