The Fit to Walk Ellon is a short (up to half an hour), gentle walk session incorporating some strength and balance exercises.
We meet at Ellon Community Campus (community room 1). Please register at reception.
Booking prior to attending the walk is required via Live Life Aberdeenshire website (link below) or app.
