Walking isn’t only good for our physical, social and mental health. It’s also good for our communities, the environment and the economy.
We support and inspire people in Scotland to walk and wheel more.
Walk. Connect. Change your world.

Twice weekly, free, accessible, friendly local health walks. Well-behaved dogs on a short, fixed lead are also welcome. Our Tuesday walks are an hour or less starting at 10:00 a.m. from various locations across Keith. Check our Facebook page every week to find the location of next Tuesday’s walk. Our main starting locations are: Square Roots Cafe, Boogie Woogie Restaurant, Tennis Courts on Seafield Avenue, Keith Library on Union Street or ‘Split The Winds’ – at the junction of Banff Road and Broomfield Road. Our Friday Walks always start from the old Crown Inn on Reidhaven Square. The walk lasts no more than 30 minutes and is always followed by a ‘fly cup’ in the Boat ‘n’ Barn cafe.
