The Health Walks delivered by Vibrant Communities, Community Health Activity Team (CHAT) CHAT deliver a range of physical activity options for all ages and also have an Activity on Prescription Scheme that provides support to people with various physical and mental health issues. We run a range of low-level health walks which are suitable for people of all abilities, as well as a couple of longer more challenging walks. The health walks usually last around one hour while the more challenging walks take around two hours. Some routes are buggy friendly but please check first. Whether you would like to meet new people in your area, or get more active, we are always looking for new people to join in our walks. Dogs are welcome too! Our health walks are part of the East Ayrshire Community Plan aimed and increasing physical activity and improving wellbeing.
