This is a gentle walking group for anyone who lives in the Edinburgh area and experiences mental health issues or isolation. Our walks are led by a trained volunteer Walk Leader and a mental health support worker. We welcome new members, you just need to become a member of the Stafford Centre to join us. You can then also join any of our other groups and access our support services. Please contact us for further information.
