Walking is a simple way to increase your physical activity. It is good for all round health, can help improve your mood and it’s free – you just need some comfy shoes! This monthly walk will take in various routes around Grimsay. Optional Strength and Balance exercises are often included with the walk. Please dress for the weather. If it is particularly bad weather, the walk will be postponed and you will be contacted by the walk leader.
