Stroll for the Mind is a weekend walking group in Aberdeen specifically designed to promote positive mental health, fitness and wellbeing through walking. Set up as a partnership between Walk Aberdeen, Healthy Minds and Grampian Disability Sport’s Get Out Get Active project, it offers a fun, free, friendly and short, low-level Health Walk on Saturday mornings. This is a closed group and not open to the public – please contact Brian for information.
