Touch of Love Health Walks are friendly, gentle community walks for African, New Scot and minority ethnic adults in Torry, Tullos and surrounding areas. The walks are a relaxed way to get active, meet other people, discover local parks, paths and green spaces, and build confidence walking in the local area. Routes may include places such as Greyhope Bay, St Fittick’s Park, Nigg Bay, Torry Trail, Kincorth/Tullos Hills, Duthie Park and nearby coastal routes. Walks are suitable for adults aged 16+, including beginners, older adults, and people who may have low confidence, long-term health conditions or mobility barriers. We walk at a gentle pace and choose routes with safety, accessibility, weather and group confidence in mind. Each walk includes a warm welcome, light support from Walk Leaders, and simple warm-up or cool-down movements where suitable. New participants are welcome.
