Meeting every Tuesday morning at 10.00. We walk at a pace that suits the whole group and return when everyone is happy to do so. The walk is from the Medical Practice towards the Lochgilphead Golf Course and back. These walks are planned to gradually improve your energy, mobility and general well-being.
