This toolkit supports health and social care staff to develop and promote walking with Strength and Balance activities for older adults.
This toolkit supports you to develop, deliver and promote an inclusive and accessible test of change approach. It can be applied to a range of settings including care homes, hospitals, care-at-home services and sheltered housing. It has a particular focus on people living with dementia.
