Nanette shares why people should walk more:
“Walking is a moderate intensity activity for almost everyone and therefore provides all the benefits of other forms of activity for health. People should walk more to gain health benefits and perhaps most importantly to help them feel good by being outside and enjoying the many green spaces Scotland has to offer.”
