We currently run 3 Health Walks. Routes are mainly away from traffic in the nature parks and trails allowing participants to enjoy the natural landscape and open spaces. Walks are aimed at everyone and have been risk assessed to cater for wheelchair access and buggies, they can always be adapted to suit the needs of the group on the day. We have an open group but also tie in with our social prescribing and mental health teams.
