Walking isn’t only good for our physical, social and mental health. It’s also good for our communities, the environment and the economy.
We support and inspire people in Scotland to walk and wheel more.
Walk. Connect. Change your world.
The top destination for walking tips, tools and inspiration.
From April to October, Kintore Health Walks runs a weekly health walk around Kintore, starting at 10am from the Town House car park, on a Wednesday morning. Kintore Health Walks, run by volunteer walk leaders, is a member of the Scottish Health Walk Network. Our walks, led by trained volunteers, usually last up to an hour and are based around the town of Kintore. We finish up with a cup of tea/coffee and biscuits at the local library. Whether you would like to meet new people in your area or get more active, we are always looking for new people to join in our walks. Our walk leaders have been trained in order to make our walks ‘Macmillan Friendly’ and we welcome and support those affected with cancer to join our walks.
