Project information

We are a mental health charity supporting the people of Perth and Kinross with their Mental Health and Wellbeing. We have three areas of support that people can access: Counselling, Peer Support and A Recovery College. The Recovery College offers groupwork that takes a learning approach to mental health and self-management. The Recovery College also provides opportunities for participants to connect and reduce social isolation. We would like to add a health walk group to this offer to promote good physical and mental health along with reducing social isolation for individuals.
