Ladies Only Walking Group starting TUESDAY 2nd AUGUST We recognise the daily stressful life of being a woman. This group is for women to prioritize their downtime. Make that commitment to get out the house. Just as your phone needs to be plugged in when its battery runs out of juice, you need to give yourself time to recharge every day. This walk will give plenty opportunities to increase fitness , have a blether, take some time out to prioritize yourself, recharge, clear your head, focus, destress and connect with nature.
