This entirely volunteer-run group is for people in Midlothian who may be feeling down, low, depressed and/or be affected by other mental health issues. Carers are also welcome. The weekly woodland walks take place around Dalkeith Country Park, Newton Grange etc and combine walking with nature activities. Please contact Jacqui for further details.
