Cycling UK in Midlothian – Health Walks Our Health Walks are free, friendly, and accessible, designed for adults who want to gently build activity into their week. All walks are on paved or level paths, making them suitable for all abilities, including those using wheels or pushchairs. Tuesday Lunchtime Walk – 12:30 pm, starting from Millerhill Community Hub. Perfect for people working from home or nearby offices, this 20–30 minute walk gives you a refreshing break and the chance to enjoy local green spaces. Friday Buggy Walk – 10:00 am, starting from Millerhill Community Hub, following the route towards the Shawfair–Roslin Railway Path. Ideal for parents, grandparents, and carers with little ones, or anyone wanting an easy, social stroll. All walks are led by trained leaders. No booking is required – just turn up and join in.
