Join us for free, friendly gentle walks. We’ll start with 10 minutes of seated or standing stretches, followed by a gentle 15 to 20 minute stroll through Elder Park to the library for tea and a chat. Great for anyone new to exercise or who wishes to improve their balance and walking abilities. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. Walkers needing individual support should bring a buddy with them to help. Everyone welcome!
