Our walks are designed as a Lifestyle fitness and Social inclusion opportunity for our Group members. Our walks are held on Tuesdays, weather and numbers dependent, and we always finish at a coffee shop for a chat. The walks vary each time, and are mostly held within West Lothian. We have a wide spread of ages and walking abilities, from age 60+ up to 80+, so walks are usually up to 2 miles distance, and are usually on tarmac/paved pathways.
